UPDATE:In custody death

Officers say they are also investigating the death of a man who was in custody for a robbery this morning. Police say they were called to a burglary at a home in the 2600 block of Thomas Boulevard around 5:00a.m. Sunday. When they arrived they found the burglar still inside the home. Officers say they arrested the man, but a short time later he became unconscious. The man was taken to an area hospital where he later died. An autopsy has been ordered. The death is under investigation by the Jefferson County District Attorney's office at this time, which is procedure with any in-custody death. Is proposing a city wide curfew the answer? Just a thought I had.

What do you think?
