KBTV 4: Council Sinegal Wants toTakes Ballot Battle to Court

According to KBTV 4, Port Arthur City Councilman Michael Singeal is taking his fight to remain on the ballot for county commissioner to the courts.

Sources tell me, that the councilman didn't fill out the form correctly.

Attorney to the councilman told KBTV 4 that ....Sinegal turned in his paperwork early enough that the democratic party had plenty of time to notify him about any problem.

So my question is; Did the party NOT what the councilman to run? Hard question to think about but...who knows these days,
