Without County's Help, Nederland Spends More On Administering Election

My Comments:
The news report stated that Part of the increased cost comes from the city having to buy the electronic voting equipment.

I did a story a few days ago telling you all that the City of Nederland selected Diebold to do all their elections. (Read the story here) So the inscrease in cost I assume comes from having to buy new voting machines, paying election day judges etc.

The county is contracted with ES&S.
