The Beaumont Enterprise is reporting, that The Shops at Dowlen, a retail shopping center on Dowlen Road across from Parkdale Mall, is for sale.
Hobby Lobby, World Gym, Party City, The Men's Wearhouse, Madison's on Dowlen, La-Tee-Da, and Mattress Giant are among the tenants, according to their report.
