Is a 3rd person the charm?

The City of Nederland and EDC has gone through two developers in hopes they can develop the property located at highway 69 and Beauxart Garden Road

The EDC had been working with Charlie Shears, who developed the Wal-Mart SuperCenter strip and before that they were working with somebody named Dan.

Now the the Council and EDC is in discussions with another developer.

Is the 3rd person the charm?

Guess we will see.

In other news, the EDC and council awarded $74,500 incentive to renovate the old H-E-B building located on Twin City Highway. It will become a home supply and hardware store.
