NEW POLL, KBTV4: County Officials Like Idea of Bringing Althletic Complex To Ford Park

I do not like the idea of removing the amphitheater. I understand it might make sense to some but the idea just doesn't sound like a win - win for everyone.

Ford Park officials said that since 2003, there have been just over 30 events held at the amphitheater. That's not a reason to tear it down though. Officals need to attract more entertainment.

I do like the idea that Carl Griffith mentioned to KBTV 4 ...he envisioned for years a high school complex adjacent to the amphitheater, but not where the amphitheater rests.
